Lets say we archive 16 hours of video per month (2 hours a service, 2 services a week, 4 weeks a month) and we have 20 people watch one half a video (live or archived), for 120 10-minute-views.

Setup

- a 2 person team (one for installation, one for software)

- Hotel @ $80/night/4-people (or after 12 hours/800 miles of driving)
- Food @ $8/8-hrs/person ($24 per day per person)
- $100/person for out of country (outside the USA)
- Fast netbook (small laptop) computer pre-configured for streaming with UCStreaming
- HD Video Camera with built-in microphone
- 35' USB Extension cable (to plug the video camera into the netbook)
On-Site Installation : $125
